If you think you cannot meditate - you can, we teach you how during this complete chill out and amazing workshop. No looking back. Its wonderful. Guided meditations throughout the day. Included workshop package and meditation CD, crystal and other items.
Weekly relaxation and meditation class is also available. (Tuesday evenings 7.30pm - 9.30pm).

Introduction to Working with Crystals
A fantastic workshop for those who wish to learn about the properties and benefits of crystals and may wish to work with them in the future(An introduction to Freedom of Spirit Crystal therapy Diploma course). Learn about the benefits of crystals, enjoy a crystal meditation journey to the crystal caves, make a crystal grid, participate in giving and receiving a Crystal healing treatment.

Angel Day
This wonderful and popular workshop helps you to connect with Angels bringing them into your daily life. It includes Angel meditations, Angel readings, Angel healing treatments, working with the Angel wheel and pendulum. It provides you wioth information such as wthe meaning of different angels and which oil, crystal colour and oils are associated with each. An Angel chart is provided.
Cost is £45 and includes manual, chart, gift, crystal. Lunch is provided.
Introduction to therapies evening workshop
This workshop introduces and explains various complementary therapies and healing techniques giving you demonstrations or experiences of each. This allows you to gain insight into each therapy and decide if you want to take learning further building on knowledge or participate in therapy training in the future.

Psychic and Mediumship workshop.
