COURSE ; Aura and Chakra Weekend Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course will introduce you to energy and help you to understand the energy system. What is the aura and chakras? How do your chakras affect you? Are you in balance? Do you protect your energy from others? This course covers the functions and layers of the aura, and function of each major chakra. It allows you to work with your own energy and the energy of others and to recognise when someone is stimulating your energy or draining your energy. It discusses what symptoms you may experience when others are draining your energy. It teaches how to protect your energy. Work is done with colour and its effects, use of pendulums are included. There are aura and chakra meditations throughout the course. The course also includes aura and chakra healing sessions. People often feel a change in their energy just due to awareness created by this course. You will leave this course feeling excited, buzzing, motivated and will have enjoyed a wonderful experience.
